This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards. This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer toys will make you a competitive candidate. Responsabilities: • Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store and act as the operational point of reference in their absence, • Contribute to ensuring excellent customer service by assisting in handling any issues or complaints, • Assist the Store Manager in training and coordinating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure, • Collaborate in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and monitoring daily results, • Monitor inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs or discrepancies to the manager, • Support loss prevention efforts and ensure proper management of stockroom procedures, • Ensure the store maintains high standards of order, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to company guidelines, • Accurately perform opening and closing cash procedures, ensuring precision and punctuality, • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the communication of objectives, updates, and operational priorities, • Provide support for basic administrative tasks, such as shift planning and daily sales reporting, • Be available to work flexible hours Requirements • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, • Proactive attitude and strong customer service skills, focused on delivering a memorable shopping experience, • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing a team, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Competence in administrative tasks (shift planning, reporting, etc.), • Effective time management and prioritization skills, • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to motivate and inspire others Desirable but Not Essential • Experience in the toy or collectibles industry, • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, • Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID) Working Hours • Monday to Sunday, • Availability to work weekends and public holidays Your Application If the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV via “Apply Now” or email to .
