BSG is seeking candidates for 6-12 month placements at some of the most prestigious private membership country clubs and hotels along the east coast of the USA. Roles availabe in Food & Beverage Service, Culinary and Golf departments. This is ideal for current students who have a placement year, as well as soon to be graduates and recent alumni studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Hotel Management, Events, Culinary, Agronomy or even Sports. The Cook position is required to operate, maintain and properly clean all pastry shop equipment. It is required minimum two years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant or similar. Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and culinary operations is required. Position also requires continuous standing for up to 8 hrs per shift and the ability to lift up to 30Kg.
