We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or aggression—verbal, physical, direct or indirect. 🎯Mission Drive the company’s business growth by boosting sales of Counterbalanced Trucks and Assistance Systems, while implementing and executing the defined marketing strategies across the Iberian market. 📝Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the assigned product and solutions portfolio., • Define and lead the category strategy in Iberia, fully aligned with the global Marketing vision., • Ensure local market needs are met by adapting products, defining special configurations, and selecting complementary solutions., • Build and maintain strong relationships with local solution providers and partners., • Act as the main interface between Iberia and global product teams, contributing to market research and product development initiatives., • Collaborate closely with Sales to define and execute go-to-market strategies., • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen positioning., • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle, contributing to tailored proposals and customer solutions., • Keep distributor sales teams engaged and focused on priority product categories., • Design and deliver the annual sales training plan, ensuring teams are fully equipped to succeed., • Lead product launches in the Iberian market., • Identify and implement process and tool improvements to enhance commercial efficiency., • Act as the internal subject matter expert for your product portfolio and market., • Support broader Marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and content creation. 📚Qualifications & Experience • Degree in Engineering or similar., • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles in industrial environments)., • Fluent English (mandatory)., • Knowledge of Marketing principles is a plus. ✏️Competencies & Skills • Strategic mindset with strong business vision, • Customer-focused approach, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Proven leadership and influencing abilities, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset, • High level of ownership and commitment ✨What We Offer This is your opportunity to grow your career in a solid, technology-driven company with international reach and constant expansion—where everything is possible. • Competitive compensation according to experience and skills., • Company car., • Permanent position in a market-leading company., • Private health insurance.
