Your main responsibilities • Conduct and lead Yoga & Pilates classes., • Check the functionality of the equipment and maintain a clean and tidy workspace., • Assist in all Sports & Recreation related tasks as assigned by the Sports Team Leader. Key Responsibilities • Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment., • Information Relay: Communicate important updates and information to guests promptly and accurately., • Coordination & Liaison: Work with department heads and external vendors to ensure seamless fulfillment of guest requests., • Communication Management: Use communication tools effectively to track and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback., • Service Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and offerings to provide exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience in concierge services, front office, or guest relations in luxury hospitality., • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options., • Professional, guest-focused demeanor with attention to detail., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nuestro hotel boutique de 95 habitaciones, ubicado en la impresionante cala d'Or, en la costa sur de Mallorca, está buscando un/a Souschef para dirigir la oferta culinaria de nuestros tres puntos de venta: el comedor de desayunos, el snack bar de la piscina y nuestro exclusivo beach club. Responsabilidades principales del puesto: • Planificar y supervisar la oferta gastronómica de los tres puntos de venta, garantizando calidad y creatividad en cada plato., • Apoyar en los servicios en horas punta y supervisar la operativa., • Coordinar y organizar los diferentes puntos de venta, así como los horarios, turnos y las tareas de limpieza., • Supervisar la preparación de alimentos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria., • Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo de cocina, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y un desarrollo profesional continuo., • Asegurar una excelente coordinación entre los equipos de cocina y los de sala, garantizando un servicio fluido y profesional.
