We’re hiring a Supply Chain & Demand Planner to act as the strategic engine behind our forecasting, and production lifecycle and to oversee the entire supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, and to ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and cost-effectively. You will be the bridge between our sales forecasts, external manufacturing partners, and fulfillment hubs, ensuring that whether it’s a discrete B2C parcel or a massive B2B shipment, you are the guardian of our physical brand experience, ensuring the service is flawless. What You’ll Do • Demand Forecasting: Develop data-driven and forecasting systems to calculate accurately what to order, when, and how much, based on current stock, lead times, and sales velocity., • Production Planning & Execution: Align production plans with customer needs, factory flows, and capacity constraints. Ensure stable, feasible schedules by coordinating closely with manufacturing partners., • Inventory & Cost Management: Own inventory performance (valuation, turns, obsolescence) aligned with financial goals. Drive cost efficiency and control the department budget., • End-to-End Factory Coordination: Act as the main link between SVibe and the factory; oversee production schedules, conduct quality reviews at the source, and manage all inbound shipments to the warehouse or direct to clients., • Manage external partners: Act as the primary lead for our externalized warehouse; coordinate and oversee daily priorities, monitor performance, and ensure they meet SVibe’s high standards., • Command Logistics & Shipping: Negotiate with couriers and freight carriers; optimize routes and troubleshoot international or local delivery hurdles., • Lead Quality & Compliance: Define QC protocols for incoming and outgoing goods; manage the external partner’s execution of these checks to ensure brand integrity., • Coordinate B2B & B2C Flow: Manage the different tempos of bulk wholesale shipments and high-speed e-commerce fulfillment through external providers., • Track Operational ROI: Monitor KPIs (shipping accuracy, cost-per-order, carrier SLAs). What You Bring • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management—ideally within fast-growing E-commerce, D2C, or consumer goods brands., • Strong analytical skills: You love data and advanced spreadsheet modeling. You don't just look at inventory numbers; you automatically calculate days-of-supply, safety stock, and reorder points., • Autonomy: You are a self-starter who can manage complex physical operations, • The ability to troubleshoot carrier delays, customs hurdles, or stock discrepancies, • Knowledge of QC protocols and safety regulations; you prioritize product integrity and workplace organization., • Comfortable with sexual wellness category., • Data-Driven Mindset: Expert level in Excel; experience with A3, • Fluent English; Spanish/European languages are a strong plus.
