We are the experts in testing and certifying products and new technologies. As a Technical Sales, you will be responsible for the quality of the service. You will adopt a portfolio view, managing end-to-end services. On the other hand, communication and negotiation skills are mandatory to succeed. One of your main objectives will be to understand customers, identify who they are and what their needs are, and propose services to meet these needs. What will be your responsibilities? • Develop Digital Trust Services business (Cybersecurity, Functional Safety and AI) covering automotive, Power generation, aerospace and defence, ICT, industrial and IoT customers., • Identify new concrete business opportunities with prospects and support the acquisition of order intakes., • Understand the customer's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities., • Prepare customer-oriented presentations and be able to present them to customers., • Lead contract negotiations for DTS services., • Provide excellent customer support by being responsive to client inquiries, resolving problems promptly, and ensuring that the client's expectations are met., • Develop a trustworthy customer relationship to support DTS Business Development activities., • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services from DEKRA, • Work closely with different internal teams to ensure a coordinated and unified approach to serving key accounts., • Keep track of all sales activity, contacts, contracts and opportunities in DEKRA Sales cloud platform. What do we expect from you? • Degree or Master's degree in cybersecurity, IT, Networks and Telecommunications., • +5 years of experience in sales, specifically “hunting sales” for cybersecurity., • Experience in specific customer segments: industrial, automotive, power generation, aerospace & defense, IoT., • Excellent communication skills at all levels., • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking., • Tenacious and target-driven., • General Business/Industry awareness with an ability to identify opportunities., • Team player with a real ability to network and collaborate., • Ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously.
