The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) for delivering turnkey projects, reducing on-site construction time to a minimum. Job Mission: To direct and supervise the execution of the electrical and automation installations on the site of a water treatment plant, ensuring compliance with the plans, technical specifications, applicable regulations and established deadlines. Coordinate the own and subcontracted electrical personnel, guaranteeing the quality, safety and efficiency of the assembly. Main functions: • Supervise and coordinate electrical work in the field: conduits, wiring, electrical panels, instrumentation, lighting, grounding and control systems., • Ensure the correct interpretation of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and automation diagrams (SCADA, PLC)., • Control the progress of the works, materials and assigned personnel, reporting to the Project Manager., • Coordinate installation with mechanical, process, and instrumentation equipment to ensure compatibility and integration., • Participate in SAT (Site Acceptance Test) tests of electrical equipment and instrumentation., • Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical and control systems., • Verify that the installations are executed in accordance with IEC, REBT, ATEX (if applicable), and company standards., • Keep the technical documentation of the work updated: "as-built" drawings, progress reports, work reports, installation certificates., • Ensure compliance with occupational and environmental risk prevention measures in their area., • Support in resource planning, subcontractor control and coordination with the purchasing department., • Resolve technical incidents on site, proposing improvements or adjustments according to the real conditions of the project. Requirements Education: • Higher Level Vocational Training or Technical Engineering in Electricity, Industrial Electronics or Automation., • Complementary training in electrical regulations, low voltage and medium voltage safety., • Basic knowledge of instrumentation, control and industrial automation (PLC, SCADA). Experience: • Minimum experience of 3 years in electrical assembly and supervision in industrial or water treatment plants., • Previous experience in EPC projects, electromechanical assembly or system integration is desirable., • It is valuable to have worked with contractor companies Technical knowledge: • Interpretation of electrical, single-line and control plans., • Low voltage installations, power and control panels, protections, earth systems., • Knowledge of industrial instrumentation: flowmeters, pressure transmitters, level probes, pH sensors, etc., • Familiarity with SCADA systems, Siemens PLCs, Allen Bradley or others., • Knowledge of electrical regulations (REBT, IEC 60364, ATEX). Personal Skills: • Ability to lead and coordinate teams in the field., • Results-oriented, accountable and committed to deadlines., • Ability to solve technical problems on site., • Effective communication with management, suppliers and subcontractors., • Sensitivity to occupational safety and the environment.
