We take responsibility for all the campaigns, our team verifies all the information and supports people to reach what they need the most to change their stories. As Campaigns Administrator for Donio Spain you will support campaign creators (the people who starts crowdfunding campaigns) to have the best possible experience with and that they smash their fundraising goals. You will manage the campaign from submitting an application, checking documents and its content, to the actual launch. You will also be on hand to the creators when solving questions and unexpected problems, because here, “we have to help each other” applies more than elsewhere. If you’re motivated to directly help change lives, keep reading! Your mission & key responsibilities • Campaign optimization. You'll analyze campaigns and help the creator reflect their needs as clearly as possible to encourage donations. This means improving the title, descriptive text, and suggesting the right photos or videos to maximize understanding and sharing., • Verification & Trust. You'll verify campaigns. This involves gathering documentation from creators and being familiar with public aid systems (state, regional, and local) as well as private institutions., • Budget verification: Reviewing and verifying budgets proposed by campaign creators. Invoice verification: checking and validating invoices (matching them against budgets/services). Direct payment organization: Organizing direct payments when necessary., • Diffusion & Promotion. You'll offer advice to help creators share their campaign. You'll also work closely with the communication and marketing team to get the maximum possible reach., • Transparency. You'll work with campaign creators to keep their donors informed about how the money is being used. Your skill set - what we are looking for The ideal candidate must be passionate about helping others, hold a university degree in Communications or Social Sciences, have experience in digital social environments, a high level of English, and strong administrative capacity focused on financial control. • Experience in the Social Sector (2 years of experience). We work with a wide range of causes (health, disability, emergencies, animals, etc.) and people facing difficult situations. We value experience in social aid contexts and the third sector., • Communication is your strong point, whether you write an email or make a phone call. Story telling and persuasive communications capacity., • Digital experience. Everything happens online at Donio. It's crucial that you're comfortable working with digital products and campaigns. Performance and results are important to you., • Strong capacity for administrative management (verification and financial oversight). You are driven by an empathy attitude. You love helping people in difficult situations. You must be comfortable working with digital products and campaigns (everything happens online)., • You have a deep listening attitude, proactive approach, and are not afraid to propose ideas. Seek to understand needs and expectations, build trust and commitment. We need someone who not only directs but inspires, and who has a deep social sensitivity., • You keep cool even in tense situations. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work (when floods are rolling down the country or someone's roof is on fire), • You know how to organize your time - even though the agenda can be very varied. Capacity to manage and co-ordinate diverse tasks (including admin functions).
