With our technology, we invite shoppers to donate small amounts when they pay for goods and services. We connect companies with NGOs and donors by partnering with different Payment Gateways. Your mission: As part of the Sales team you will be directly responsible for partnering with small and bigger brands to enable microdonations in their physical and online point of sales. You will work with the support of an amazing local cross-functional team who believes that making a better world should be the aim for all living persons on earth. As a Worldcoo sales executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up retailers across Spain. In some cases there will be existing leads to convince to integrate our solution; in some others you will have to build our portfolio of partners from scratch in a matter of weeks to expand our footprint across different verticals. BE PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL: • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through networking, social selling and events. Be obsessed with enabling microdonations across all retailers in Spain and on top of industry trends., • Sales Process Management: Be responsible for the whole sales process for new partners to make sure we adapt to their needs and increase impact together., • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers., • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly sales objectives defined by the company., • Product Expertise: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities., • Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management, • Team player: Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference. YOU HAVE: • Native level of Spanish and English working proficiency. Other language is a plus., • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy., • Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills, • Socially active. Have good relationships in your city and have an ability to empathize with new people you meet., • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales – key contacts in the retail industry is a plus., • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus, • Passion for creating impact and involvement in social work or volunteering is a plus., • Computer literate; good knowledge of MS Office and CRM solutions., • Experience in high-growth startup business is a plus, • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
