The company focuses on innovation, sustainability, and improving everyday comfort and health for people worldwide. Role Overview We are seeking candidates for a short-term project focused on onsite review of employee personnel records at client locations. This role is operational in nature and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and comfort working with sensitive HR documentation. Key Responsibilities • Work onsite at designated client locations, • Access file rooms / records areas only while escorted by a client employee, • Review employee personnel files using a provided example contract as reference, • Verify whether each employee file contains a new hire contract, • Record findings as Yes / No in a shared spreadsheet, • Handle all documentation in compliance with confidentiality requirements Required Qualifications • Fluent English, • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, • Comfort working with confidential and sensitive information, • Previous experience in HR administration, records management, audit, or back-office roles is a plus.
