Role Overview We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our Santander office. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and enjoys working closely with both internal creative teams and clients. You will help define, plan, and execute social media strategies for Mubien and selected clients, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact across channels. This is a collaborative role that sits at the intersection of strategy, content, and client communication. Key Responsibilities • Co-develop social media strategies and plans together with clients and the internal strategy team., • Execute social media plans from concept to publishing, ensuring quality and consistency., • Manage day-to-day social media activity for Mubien and selected clients., • Coordinate content calendars and work closely with design, motion, and strategy teams., • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for social media topics., • Proactively suggest ideas, formats, and opportunities based on trends and insights., • Monitor performance and provide clear reports and learnings., • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and touchpoints., • Participate in client calls related to social media planning and reviews. Requirements • 2–4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing., • Proven experience working with brands and/or agencies., • Strong understanding of platform-native content and social trends., • Comfortable working with both strategy and execution., • Experience with analytics and reporting tools., • Excellent writing and communication skills., • Fluent English (spoken and written). (Mandatory), • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., • Sensitivity to branding, design, and visual quality.
