Sales & Outreach Representative (Fintech App)
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, sales professional based in Marbella to support user acquisition and partnership growth for our fast-growing fintech app. You’ll lead outbound outreach via social platforms, qualify leads, and join sales calls alongside influencers to help convert prospects into active users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach through social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Identify and engage potential users, partners, and communities
- Initiate conversations, qualify interest, and nurture leads
- Schedule and attend sales calls with influencers to help close prospects
- Represent the brand professionally in all communications
- Maintain outreach tracking and basic CRM updates
- Provide feedback on local market sentiment and opportunities
Requirements
- Based in Marbella
- Demonstrable professional presence on social platforms (active, credible profiles)
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or community growth
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident communicator comfortable on calls
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets
- Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or digital finance is a strong plus
Preferred Skills
- Existing network in fintech, creator, or online business communities
- Experience working with influencers or partnerships
- CRM or outreach tool familiarity
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Number of qualified conversations started weekly
- Meetings booked
- Conversions from call → user signup
Compensation
