What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a sales talent with an entrepreneurial mindset – someone who can inspire customers, open up new markets, and help shape the future of our company.
Not just as an employee, but as a potential partner and co-owner.

Your role
Develop and implement our sales strategy – from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and real estate developers.
Identify new market opportunities in Mallorca and beyond, and turn them into measurable growth.
Contribute your own ideas and help shape the strategic direction of the business.

Your skills
Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for high-end materials and design.
Excellent Spanish and English skills (German is an advantage).
Experience in the construction or real estate sector is beneficial – but drive and motivation matter most.
Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and a hands-on attitude.
