With over 60 properties under management and a dynamic team, our mission is to offer exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests. Job Description We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented Booking Manager / Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in the daily booking operations, guest communications, and supporting the overall rental experience from inquiry to check-out. Responsibilities • Manage daily bookings across various platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, company website, etc.) • Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay • Coordinate arrivals/departures, housekeeping, and maintenance teams • Provide administrative support (updating calendars, contracts, databases, basic invoicing) • Handle guest issues and manage reviews after check-out • Support the operations team and assist in homeowner relations when needed Requirements • Ideally, previous experience in customer service, reservations, or tourism/hospitality (vacation rentals experience is a plus) • High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a bonus • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Confident using digital tools and property management systems (experience with Avantio, Guesty, or similar is a plus) • Availability to work on weekends or public holidays when needed and rotative shifts • Driving license is a must What We Offer • A place in a young, dynamic, and growing team • Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development • Great team atmosphere and diverse projects • Private Health Insurance • Salary according to experience Send your CV or video presentation at
