Tus principales retos serán: - Montaje, desmontaje y atención de desayuno y cena, así como atención al cliente durante el servicio. - Recibir a la clientela del hotel, asesorar sobre los diferentes productos disponibles en el restaurante y recoger las diferentes peticiones por su parte. - Preparar y mantener en buen estado el área de trabajo, los equipos y utensilios para poder ofrecer un servicio de calidad al cliente. - Apoyar en los diferentes eventos que se realicen en el hotel y cualquier otra tarea derivada del día a día del restaurante. - Realización servicio de Room Service. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? - Contar con al menos 1-2 años de experiencia como Camarero/a en hoteles. - Experiencia en menú diario y carta. - Valorable Grado Medio o Superior de Hotelería o Cocina. - Idiomas: indispensable castellano, inglés (valorable el dominio de otros idiomas como por ejemplo francés). - Manejo de Paquete office y TPV. - Conocimiento de la normativa alimenticia. - Persona dinámica, buena presencia, con ganas de aprender y alta orientación al cliente. To be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the hotel including but not limited to guest entrances and loading bay areas. To be responsible for the stocking of linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and to ensure that these storage areas are clean and well maintained. To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper. To maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to find solutions to challenges. To provide the highest level of customer care, and to provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests. To assist in the cleaning of public areas and back of house areas as required. Qualifications You have a high level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
