We are seeking to hire a Full Time Chef for the new season. Offering full time contract over 6 days per week. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and present food for dinner service., • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space in line with food safety standards., • Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering., • Ensure food is consistently high-quality, well-presented, and delivered on time., • Monitor portion control, waste, and kitchen costs to support profitability., • Comply with all health and safety regulations and follow best practices. Requirements: • Proven experience as a chef in a café, bistro, or similar kitchen environment., • Confidence in preparing meals across all meal periods., • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards., • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
