Must be physically fit for the job as it does involve moving quickly and being on your feet all day. A passion for food and people is a must as our customers love to talk and interact with the staff. We are a small business but we are more of a family, so we are looking for people who interact well with other team members and work well as a group. You must be able to carry more than 3 plates, a tray of drinks and have a good memory. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure as we are very busy all year round, but who will also enjoy being part of our team.
