Misión: Dirigir, organizar y coordinar los recursos materiales y de mano de obra necesarios en el proceso de producción asignados a su ámbito de competencia, de acuerdo con el plan de fabricación y la normativa de seguridad y salud de las personas, siguiendo los estándares de calidad y seguridad de los productos y procesos de producción, proponiendo las mejoras oportunas. Funciones: • Organizar y coordinar los recursos materiales y humanos para llevar a cabo los programas diarios y semanales de producción y supervisar su cumplimiento, asegurando su eficiencia y la satisfacción de la demanda comercial, en coordinación con su superior., • Implantar y ejecutar las acciones de la Sección en relación con la calidad, productividad, costes y seguridad, y directrices y políticas de mejora continua fomentando la participación en su ámbito, así como colaborar en la consecución de los objetivos de la Planta., • Controlar los indicadores de resultados de la Sección, así como las existencias de materias primas, materias auxiliares y productos en curso, adoptando las medidas oportunas., • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de trazabilidad de los productos gestionados., • Establecer, implantar y exigir las actividades propias de Organización, Orden y Limpieza en su Sección, supervisando el adecuado estado de instalaciones y equipos de la sección., • Asegurar el correcto empleo de los sistemas de administración y gestión de su Sección., • Implantar metodología TPM y dar continuidad a la misma. Pilar de Mantenimiento Autónomo., • Asegurar la integración entre los pilares fundamentales de TPM, potenciando la cultura de realización de labores de mantenimiento autónomo y colaborar en la realización de manuales., • Gestionar a su equipo asegurando su coordinación, capacitación, motivación y alineamiento con los objetivos y valores de la Compañía., • Asumir las funciones de gestión y coordinación de la Jefatura de Operaciones designadas por el Jefe de Operaciones y/o director Industrial. Requisitos: • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Veterinaria, o similar, • Conocimientos en Seguridad y Prevención., • Conocimientos en Mejora Continua (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, etc), • Capacidad para liderar personas., • Alto conocimiento del Sistema TPM, pilar Mantenimiento Avanzado., • 2-3 años de experiencia gestionando equipos en el área de producción, • Nivel avanzado de inglés, • Nivel avanzado de Paquete Office En Sigma, impulsamos la diversidad, igualdad y la inclusión en todas sus dimensiones: género, edad, origen, discapacidad, orientación sexual, entre otros. What We're Looking For; • Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar technical role., • Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field., • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills., • Experience with industrial machinery, production equipment, or automated systems., • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems., • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment is an advantage., • Willingness to work in shifts where applicable., • Good communication skills in English., • A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
