Buscamos un Key Account Manager (KAM) Nacional con amplia experiencia en la gestión de grandes cuentas de distribución moderna y supermercados regionales. La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar, negociar y maximizar las ventas en retailers de primer nivel, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio a través de una gestión estratégica y orientada a resultados. El rol se desarrolla 100% en remoto, con la asistencia presencial a reuniones internas o de equipo un día a la semana. Responsabilidades principales • Gestionar y desarrollar las cuentas nacionales asignadas, incluidas grandes cadenas de distribución como Lidl, Carrefour u operadores similares., • Negociar acuerdos comerciales anuales, tarifas, condiciones promocionales, lanzamientos y estrategias de crecimiento., • Liderar la relación con supermercados regionales, asegurando visibilidad, rotación y cumplimiento de objetivos por enseña., • Analizar datos de ventas, márgenes, forecast y KPIs clave para identificar oportunidades y riesgos., • Coordinarse con los equipos internos de marketing, supply chain y finanzas para garantizar la correcta ejecución de planes comerciales., • Realizar el seguimiento de proyectos, activaciones y promociones, así como reportar resultados periódicos a la Dirección Comercial., • Detectar tendencias de mercado y competencia para proponer iniciativas estratégicas y de innovación., • Supervisar la correcta implementación del surtido, precios y planogramas a nivel nacional y regional., • Experiencia demostrada de mínimo 5–7 años como KAM Nacional o función similar en gran consumo, retail o distribución moderna., • Histórico gestionando cuentas top-tier como Lidl, Carrefour, Aldi, Alcampo, así como cadenas regionales (ej. Eroski, Bon Preu, Gadisa, Consum, etc.)., • Sólida capacidad de negociación, visión estratégica y orientación clara a resultados., • Dominio de herramientas de análisis (Excel, CRM, ERPs habituales, etc.)., • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones a largo plazo., • Acostumbrado a colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares y trabajar con autonomía., • Negociación avanzada, • Pensamiento analítico, • Orientación comercial y a resultados, • Gestión del tiempo y priorización, • Proactividad y toma de decisiones, • Capacidad de influencia y liderazgo transversal

Para uno de nuestros clientes del sector FMCG , con fuerte presencia en categorías de Home Care y Personal Care , buscamos un/a Key Account Manager con foco principal en canal Ecommerce (Amazon y cuentas similares) y que, además, aporte visión del canal Retail tradicional (Carrefour, Alcampo, entre otros). ¿Qué harás en este rol? Gestionar y hacer crecer cuentas clave Ecommerce, especialmente Amazon . Desarrollar estrategias comerciales para maximizar ventas y visibilidad.
