Spanning the US and Spain, we collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content partners to create experiences that make a real impact. We are looking for leaders to join us and help define the future of our product. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libDesign Strategy Leadership: /b Own and lead the full design strategy for major product initiatives, from concept and advanced user research through launch and iteration to drive measurable improvements in key business metrics. /li libCross-Functional Liaison: /b Act as the definitive design voice and primary liaison among design, engineering, product, and content teams, integrating partners early to ensure a smooth development process. /li libUser-Centricity: /b Champion a high standard for user-centric design by using both qualitative and quantitative data to understand the user journey and proactively solve their most pressing pain points. /li libRoadmap Co-Ownership: /b Co‑own the product roadmap with the Product Manager, autonomously defining problems, prioritizing features, and managing dependencies across quarters. /li libDesign Excellence Mentorship: /b Elevate the team’s overall design quality by mentoring other designers and making significant contributions to our Design System. /li libStakeholder Communication: /b Clearly articulate design rationale and strategy to senior leaders and non‑design stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy‑in on key initiatives. /li libPersonalization AI: /b Define and incorporate generative AI/automation use cases that deliver measurable value, specifically using data science outputs to deliver personalized connection suggestions and content feeds. /li libCommerce Integration: /b Design seamless transitions into commerce touchpoints that inspire confidence in purchase decisions without disrupting the user experience. /li /ul h3Successful Senior Product Design Candidates Have /h3 ul libDomain Expertise: /b Demonstrated expertise in solving complex design problems, with a portfolio showcasing experience in eCommerce, affiliate monetization, and community/network effects. /li libDesign Systems Mastery: /b Expert knowledge of Design Systems principles and governance, with proven experience managing a robust, scalable system. /li libData‑Driven Mindset: /b Fluency in data‑driven design, including A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with the ability to apply analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4) to design decisions. /li libAdvanced Research Synthesis: /b Advanced skills in research synthesis, utilizing user interviews and usability tests to identify skepticism, doubt, and friction in the purchase journey. /li libInteraction Design: /b Proficiency in mapping complex user flows and optimizing multi‑step interactions for efficiency and clarity. /li libTechnical Fluency: /b A mobile‑first mindset with the ability to rapidly test ideas and iterate based on market feedback. /li libAutonomy Influence: /b A track record of acting with almost full autonomy over a domain, leading cross‑functional teams through vision setting and high craft standards. /li /ul h3Work Model /h3 pThis role is ‑eligible and based near one of our office hubs, with a specific focus on our Spain‑based team.
