ppSener Aerospace and Defence is currently looking for a HW Electronics Designer to join our Avionics and Flight System Division at our work centre in Madrid (Tres Cantos) and Santander. /p pWe are a pioneering engineering company in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In defence, we design and produce equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. Our passion for precision has made us a trusted partner of leading space agencies, government agencies and companies. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDetailed design of HW-Electronics (functions or boards) for space and defence applications /li liPreparation of design related analysis and simulations (performance, FMEA, Parts stress) /li liPreparation of test plans/procedures /li liCharacterization and testing of the different designs /li liSupport to requirement analysis activities: requirements assessment, criticality, complexity, cost-driving analysis, requirements flow-down… /li liDocumentation of the proposed design (design definition files) /li liSupport to other project involved areas as Project Management, thermal structural engineering, VV engineering, PCB layout and design, manufacturing and integration… /li liParticipation in the company know-how evolution of the involved discipline /li liContribution to design improvements (functions, tools, user information…) /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 ul liEngineering Degree. /li liHigh level of English. /li liProven experience in developing electronics (analog, power, digital, RF…) /li liHighly desirable: experience in RF and High data rate boards design /li liSkills in the use of electronic design related tools: schematics capture, analysis and simulation… /li liKnowledge and practice on other related areas (programming in Python, C, C++…, VHDL knowledge, basic notions of Matlab, basic notions of thermal concepts..) /li liDesirable: familiar with defence or space usual development standards and normative /li liWillingness and readiness for digital/connected industry: data analytics, processes automatization, cross-collaboration tools, Model-based engineering… /li liA person driven towards a traceable and rigorous job /li liFocused on team working: cooperative and generous spirit, empathic /li liGood communication, reporting and documentation skills /li liAutonomous and proactive attitude with capabilities for the troubleshooting and diagnosis /li liInterest for other related areas: communications, Navigation and Control, SW… /li liA curious person with an intrinsic interest about the world around him/her /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThese are some of the benefits you will enjoy at Sener: /p ul liJoin a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team participating in technologically innovative projects at an international level. /li liContinue your professional development with us and access a wide range of training (technical training, skills, languages ...). /li liTake care of yourself with our physical and emotional well-being program: sports, workshops, medical service, physiotherapy ... /li liOptimize your salary with our flexible remuneration plan (meal card, private health insurance, daycare tickets, etc.) and have our life and accident insurance. /li liMake the way you work more flexible!
