An IT Support Analyst to join a stable international project, based in Madrid, ensuring that the service is maintained in operational condition with focus on the DATA perimeter and ETL processes. Responsibilities: • Providing technical and functional support to users., • Managing incidents within the scope of reporting by ensuring that the service is restored as quickly as possible with complete transparency regarding the Business Line: Referencing, communication, coordination, correction, drafting of PIRs (Post Incident Reviews), • Guaranteeing the eradication of problems., • Ensuring the proper management of application access by following the recommendations applicable to its scope., • Contributing to the construction of production dashboards and undertaking the actions defined for improving the service., • Implementing monitoring and supervise the application’s technical and functional components., • Implementing the system and parameters used to monitor its scope., • Monitoring the smooth implementation of processing according to the production Plan., • Checking the functional and technical quality of the interfaces / transfers between applications., • Monitoring the condition of the application’s technical components., • Checking the proper running of application backups and restorations., • Orchestrating and managing the various releases within his/her scope., • Creating and enriching the application document framework. Maintaining operating procedures., • Drafting and maintaining operating procedures., • Drafting and maintaining a technical documentation framework., • Participating in the drafting and review of the application user manual provided by the development teams., • Enriching and updating the knowledge base., • Providing analysis and measuring, analyzing and improving the performance of the application’s technical and functional components in order to improve the user experience., • Analysing and monitoring application performance data (traces, logs, events, etc.) in order to improve service quality and the user experience., • In line with the business requirements, managing the capacity elements of the application, • Carrying out data purges in accordance with the business line., • Realizing the technical integration of applications based on existing products and services in order to reduce implementation times., • Performing technical integration of applications using existing products and services in order to reduce implementation times., • Defining and implementing monitoring and facilitating the supervision of services., • Scheduling batch processing., • Providing expertise to IT Ops, notably for production and infrastructure requirements Managing functional upgrade requests. • Estimating the APS workload for implementing changes., • Defining a schedule in conjunction with the various teams (Development, Operation, Business Lines, etc.), • Contributing to the processes belonging to the activity, observing the requirements and carrying out the necessary remediations. Requirements: • ETL DataStage experience, • Orchestrator (Autosys, Control M), • Linux (RHEL distribution), • Windows 2016 - 2025, • Network Protocols (VIP load balancer, WAF), • IT Languages Shell, • Security: Illumio, Authentication Forte…, • Middleware (Apache Kafka, MQ Series…), • API Management / Back End Impact, • Production Tools: Dynatrace, Kibana, • Toolchain CI/CD, • Devops Tools (Jenkins, Ansible Tower…), • Scripting (Ansible, Python, Shell, SQL…), • Cloud tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, • ITIL Methodologies, • IT production resiliency procedures: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), HA (High Availability), • Fluent English spoken Work Model: • Hibrid., • Flexible hours, Monday to Friday.
