Medical Science Liaison – Reproductive Medicine Location: Spain Field-Based Role Position Overview This is a field-based role responsible for serving as a scientific expert in reproductive medicine. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will provide scientific and medical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs), foster collaborations, and contribute to data generation efforts. The MSL will act as a key liaison between the medical community and internal stakeholders, ensuring the exchange of credible, balanced, and evidence-based information. Key Responsibilities External Scientific Engagement • Establish and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and other external stakeholders., • Identify and map scientific leaders across Spain and keep stakeholder databases updated., • Provide accurate, fair, and balanced responses to unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare professionals., • Conduct scientific discussions and presentations related to therapeutic areas of interest, including on-label/off-label data, pipeline developments, and disease management., • Capture, analyse, and report insights from the field regarding therapeutic trends, unmet medical needs, and the healthcare environment., • Share relevant findings to support strategic decisions and development of medical initiatives., • Identify opportunities for real-world evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing research., • Act as a point of contact for unsolicited research proposals, facilitating review and follow-up., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in reproductive medicine and related areas., • Prepare internal scientific updates, literature reviews, and summaries from major congresses., • Contribute to the creation and review of scientific content for internal training, external communications, and promotional/non-promotional materials., • Partner with internal departments such as commercial, market access, and clinical operations to provide scientific support and strategic input., • Participate in the development and execution of local and regional medical plans., • Ensure documentation of field activities and alignment with internal systems and tools., • Advanced degree in life sciences or medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)., • Background in clinical or academic research, ideally within reproductive medicine, gynaecology, endocrinology, or women's health., • Previous experience in a fertility clinic or as a biologist/embryologist is a plus., • Proven ability to engage with medical experts and deliver impactful scientific presentations., • Understanding of clinical research design, data interpretation, and medical writing., • Strong scientific acumen and communication skills., • Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and drive projects forward., • Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player., • Fluent in English and Spanish.
