Head of People - Deep-Tech Scale-Up We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, engineering-led deep-tech company that is building next-generation processor technology. With strong funding and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering a critical phase of expansion, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape and build the people function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, working closely with leadership to implement structure, support growth, and build a high-performing organisation.
