Overall, we deliver highly dependable solutions that always have high accuracy and robust timing at their core. /p h3Position /h3 p DSP Engineer for communication /p pWhat you will be doing: /p pAs a DSP Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital signal processing algorithms for wireless communication systems, with a focus on applications requiring high-precision timing and synchronization. You will work on the development of digital signal processing algorithms and simulate them using Python, to support a range of applications including timing and synchronization, wireless communication systems, and other related fields. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefinition of DSP algorithms for wireless communications /li liGeneral knowledge of Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and FPGA architectures /li liSimulation of DSP algorithms in Python /li liKnowledge of different modulation schemes such as OOK, BPSK, QPSK, QAM, Spread Spectrum, etc. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pMust: /p ul liStrong background in digital signal processing (DSP) and wireless communication systems /li liExcellent programming skills in Python /li liKnowledge of SDRs and FPGA architectures /li /ul h3Plus: /h3 ul liExperience with communication systems in high-Doppler environments (e.g. airborne, maritime, or high-speed terrestrial communications) /li liKnowledge of coherent receiver architectures and signal processing techniques /li liExperience with FPGA development using tools such as VHDL, Verilog, or HLS (High-Level Synthesis) /li liKnowledge of timing and synchronization technologies (e.g. IEEE 1588, GPSDO) /li liFamiliarity with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and their signal processing aspects /li liProgramming skills in C or C++ for prototyping and development /li liExperience with Linux operating system. /li /ul pSafran is an equal opportunity employer who does not discriminate based on race, color, citizenship, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran’s status or any protected category.
