Context Drowsy is a fast-growing beauty & wellness DTC brand, building a category-defining presence around sleep, ritual, and modern self-care. Social is one of our most important brand and growth channels — not just for distribution, but for cultural relevance. We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Executive to own day-to-day social execution, production, and community, while supporting the expansion of TikTok and Pinterest and relieving senior team members of executional load. This is a hands-on, creative-first role for someone who lives online in the right way — culturally fluent, taste-driven, and excited to be close to content. What You’ll Do Social Execution & Community Own daily community management across Instagram (and expanding platforms) Respond to DMs, comments, and replies in a way that feels human, thoughtful, and on-brand Act as the day-to-day voice of Drowsy within our community Content Production & IRL Capture Film behind-the-scenes, IRL, and brand-adjacent content (office moments, shoots, launches, events) Capture raw content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories using iPhone and lightweight setups Support shoots and campaigns by gathering additional organic, social-first assets IG Stories & Always-On Social Execute daily Instagram Stories aligned with brand tone, launches, and cultural moments Turn raw ideas, prompts, and moments into consistent story output Help maintain an “always-on” feeling across our social presence Content Creation & Editing Support Assist with social content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest Edit short-form video content using simple tools (CapCut, native apps, etc.) Execute creative briefs quickly and with attention to detail UGC & Creator Support Assist with UGC procurement and coordination (briefing, follow-ups, asset collection) Support creator communication and logistics as needed Help take executional pressure off partnerships and senior marketing roles Platform Expansion Support consistent execution on TikTok and Pinterest Adapt content formats across platforms while maintaining brand tone and aesthetic Your Profile Experience & Execution 2+ years experience in social media, content, or community roles (brand or agency side) Strong understanding of short-form content formats and platform-native best practices Comfortable filming and editing content; execution-focused and reliable Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts Cultural & Category Fluency Deeply plugged into the UK and US social media landscape , especially Instagram and TikTok Actively follows and understands key beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle creators Strong awareness of best-in-class brands in beauty, fashion, and adjacent cultural spaces A genuine consumer of products and brands in our category — not just posting, but paying attention Intuitive sense of what feels current, elevated, and culturally relevant Nice-to-Haves Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally (not required, but a bonus) Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience Experience supporting TikTok and/or Pinterest growth Familiarity with UGC workflows and creator coordination How You’ll Work Report into the Social / Marketing Lead Work closely with creative, partnerships, and growth teams Be trusted with ownership and execution rather than micromanaged Operate fast and brand-first What Success Looks Like Consistent, high-quality social output across platforms A warm, engaged, well-managed community TikTok and Pinterest back to steady, relevant execution Reduced executional load on senior team members A social presence that feels alive, culturally fluent, and unmistakably Drowsy What You’ll Get Competitive salary , aligned with experience and impact Private health insurance + wellness allowance — we take wellbeing seriously ️ Daily team lunch at the office — shared time matters Work alongside an ambitious, international team building a category-defining brand Memorable summer and winter team events ️ A beautiful office in the centre of Barcelona Real ownership and the opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand
