As part of our multidisciplinary health unit, you will play a proactive role in preventive medicine, emergency response, and promoting a culture of health across our Getafe site. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYour main tasks and responsibilities will be: /p ul liPerform comprehensive medical surveillance tailored to specific job profiles and risk exposure to effectively prevent, diagnose work‑related pathologies, and facilitate job retention. /li liIdentify, assess, and refer vulnerable employee groups or individuals to relevant specialists when appropriate. /li liPropose, pilot, and participate in occupational health actions and projects in close cooperation and consultation with specialized teams. /li liPropose fitness‑to‑work recommendations based on workplace risks and individual health assessments. /li liSupport and deliver the organization of emergency responses and high‑quality first‑aid provisions on‑site. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 pIs your profile aligned with the following criteria?
