About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our highest-priority partner segment, focused on Multi-Region Property Management Companies, Villa Online Travel Agencies, and Concierge Companies. This is a high-impact role for someone who can own the full commercial cycle end to end, from strategic outbound prospecting and consultative discovery to pilot design, negotiation, closing, onboarding handoff, and early-stage account development. You will work on our most strategic and complex opportunities, especially multi-region property managers, villa-focused online travel agencies, and premium concierge businesses. This role requires strong commercial ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders across operations, partnerships, guest experience, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development • Identify, prioritize, and engage high-value partner accounts across Multi-Region Property Management Companies, Villa Online Travel Agencies, and Concierge Companies., • Build tailored outbound strategies for premium travel and hospitality partners., • Map key stakeholders and buying committees across partnerships, operations, concierge, guest experience, and leadership teams., • Run highly personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and strategic follow-up. Full-Cycle Sales Ownership • Lead discovery calls to understand each partner’s business model, geographic footprint, operational pain points, current supplier setup, and commercial potential., • Present Take a Chef’s value proposition in a consultative, strategic, and commercially compelling way., • Design pilot proposals and rollout plans based on destination coverage, service complexity, and activation readiness., • Manage objections, negotiations, proposals, and contract conversations with confidence and structure., • Close new partnerships and ensure a clean handoff into activation. Early Account Development • Own the relationship during the early post-signature phase., • Support internal alignment and partner engagement through kickoff and initial launch., • Identify expansion opportunities across destinations, offices, brands, or service lines., • Act as a strategic advisor to key partners and help maximize long-term account value. CRM, Forecasting & Commercial Discipline • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in HubSpot., • Track pipeline progression, milestones, risks, and next steps with rigor., • Contribute to forecasting and strategic pipeline reviews., • Share market feedback on segment trends, objections, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For: • 4+ years of experience in strategic sales, partnerships, business development, or account management., • Proven experience owning full-cycle B2B sales processes with complex mid-market or enterprise accounts., • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken. Native or near-native fluency is required., • Strong consultative selling skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders., • Ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers., • Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury services, marketplaces, SaaS, or premium service environments is highly valued., • High level of autonomy, structure, and commercial judgment., • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, build-as-we-grow environment.
