This is a predominantly boperational role /b, designed to ensure that global and local transformation initiatives move forward efficiently, consistently, and on time. /p pThe Transformation Consultant will act as the bday‑to‑day engine of the transformation /b, driving follow‑ups, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed. The scope spans bcreativity, media, production, Data and technology /b, including the rollout of common tools and ways of working across the group (e.g., project management platforms and transformation frameworks). /p pThis role combines bproject coordination, stakeholder management, communications, and transformation content creation /b, with strong exposure to international markets and senior stakeholders. /p pThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, and structure, and who is comfortable operating at the center of complex, multi‑market initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 bTransformation program Support /b ul liAct as the operational counterpart to the Transformation Lead, ensuring day‑to‑day execution of global and local transformation initiatives. /li liDrive structured follow‑up on action items, milestones, and commitments across all workstreams. /li liEnsure initiatives progress according to plan, escalating risks or delays when needed. /li /ul bGlobal Local Initiatives Tracking (Including AI) /b ul liTrack and coordinate global and local transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI‑related initiatives (e.g., adoption, pilots, enablement, governance, and use cases). /li liMaintain a clear view of status, dependencies, risks, and next steps across initiatives acting as a project manager. /li liSupport alignment between global direction and local market execution. /li /ul bMarket Coordination (Up to 16 Markets) /b ul liAct as a key point of contact for up to 16 markets, ensuring clear communication, structured follow‑ups, and timely delivery. /li liCoordinate inputs, updates, and deliverables from markets, ensuring consistency and quality. /li liSupport markets in understanding timelines, expectations, and required outputs. /li /ul bPlanning, Governance Follow‑up /b ul liSupport the setup and maintenance of governance routines (weekly / bi‑weekly status calls, action logs, timelines, trackers). /li liMaintain operational documentation such as trackers, dashboards and initiative overviews to measure KPIs and milestones defined for each workstream. /li liPrepare clear and concise status updates for the Transformation Lead and Account Director. /li /ul bDeck Creation Content Coordination /b ul liCreate and maintain high‑quality PowerPoint decks for global forums, transformation updates, leadership reviews, and market communications. /li liCoordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure decks are completed accurately and on time. /li liEnsure presentations are structured, clear, and execution‑oriented rather than just purely strategic. /li /ul bEvents‑Meeting Planning Logistics /b ul liSupport the planning and execution of global and regional transformation events, workshops, meetings and forums. /li liCoordinate agendas, materials, logistics, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth execution. /li /ul bTransformation Scope /b ul liSupport operational execution of initiatives related to: /li ul liArtificial Intelligence (global and local initiatives) /li liCreativity and creative operations /li liMedia and production transformation /li liTechnology enablement and rollout of common tools (e.g., project management platforms) /li liWays of working, governance, and operational excellence /li /ul /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field. /li li3+ years of experience in operational transformation, PMO, project coordination, consulting delivery, creative or media agencies or similar execution‑heavy roles. /li liProven experience working with multiple markets and international stakeholders. /li liStrong execution and follow‑up discipline, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. /li liAdvanced PowerPoint skills, with a strong focus on clarity, structure, and delivery. /li liExperience coordinating content and deliverables with multiple contributors. /li liHands‑on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar). /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability. /li liOptional/ideal: Adobe suite experience (e.g., DAM, Workfront…) /li /ul h3Language Communication /h3 ul liFluent English required (B2–C1), with the ability to confidently participate in operational and coordination‑focused conversations with international markets. /li liClear and structured communication style, both written and verbal. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liStrongly execution‑oriented and comfortable with operational responsibility. /li liHighly organized, structured, and proactive in driving follow‑ups. /li liComfortable working across ambiguity and change. /li liCollaborative, approachable, and confident when interacting with multiple markets and global stakeholders. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWhy join us?
