We are busy at WISSLER // Bar & Burgers in Cambrils, therefor are we looking for a future superstar for our front-of-house team. The job is part-time now (with no shifts in the weekend) and can be full-time for the summer. English and Spanish skills are very important because we work with both tourists and locals. Responsabilidades: Brindar una atención cálida y profesional a nuestros clientes.Preparar y servir bebidas de café de especialidad, asegurando la calidad que nos distingue. Mantener el área de trabajo, incluyendo la barra y mesas, limpias y ordenadas. Gestionar los pedidos y pagos con eficiencia y precisión.Contribuir a un ambiente acogedor para que los clientes se sientan bienvenidos.Participar activamente en las formaciones sobre café y atención al cliente. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en el sector de la hostelería, preferentemente en cafeterías. Gran pasión por el café y deseos de profundizar en el conocimiento del café de especialidad. Habilidades sobresalientes de comunicación y un fuerte enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de manejar el estrés en momentos de mucho movimiento. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos. Conocimientos de inglés u otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente. Buscamos camarer@ de sala/terraza para chiringuito en la playa de Cambrils. Para empezar a finales de abril, trabajo de temporada hasta finales de setiembre o principios de octubre. Se requiere buen manejo de bandeja, nivel medio de inglés.
