The roll includes liaising with the duty manager in both locations. Introducing creativity and making sure operations are running correctly. Responsibilities: - Manage design and construction projects from start to completion - Utilize AutoCAD to create and review plans - Multitask effectively on multiple projects - Handle high-stress situations with composure and efficiency - Read quotations and draft plans as needed Requirements: - Proficiency in AutoCAD software - Valid driver's license and access to a car - Excellent multitasking and time management skills - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish - Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations - Experienced in the construction field - Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret plans and quotations - Education in architecture, interior architecture, or building engineering - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in design and construction - Dedicated to working full-time in a demanding environment ______ Responsabilidades - Gestionar proyectos de diseño y construcción de principio a fin - Utilizar AutoCAD para crear y revisar planos - Multitarea eficaz en múltiples proyectos - Manejar situaciones de alto estrés con compostura y eficiencia - Leer citas y planes de proyecto, según sea necesario Requisitos - Dominio del software AutoCAD - Licencia de conducir válida y acceso a un coche - Excelentes habilidades multitarea y de gestión del tiempo - Fuertes habilidades de comunicación tanto en inglés como en español - Capacidad para prosperar en situaciones de alta presión - Experiencia en el sector de la construcción - Orientación al detalle y capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y presupuestos. - Formación en arquitectura, arquitectura de interiores o ingeniería de edificación - Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como Project Manager en diseño y construcción - Dedicado a trabajar a tiempo completo en un entorno exigente
