We are looking for a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise (Marketing and Sales Pro), who combines analytical thinking, strategic vision, automation expertise and a proactive mindset to transform how we engage with our prospects and customers across the entire lifecycle. This is not a traditional CRM role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a revenue growth strategist, capable of designing intelligent automation flows in HubSpot, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns and turning data into qualified opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven and passionate about marketing technology, constantly exploring new tools (including AI), trends and creative ways to automate, personalise and optimise the customer journey from first touch to closed deal. This role is open to mid-level to senior profiles, with the seniority of the offer adapted to the experience and skills of the selected candidate. About the company The Art of Living in Spain (_) is an international real estate developer creating distinctive residential and hospitality projects at Altaona Resort (Murcia). Our young, ambitious and international team focuses on innovation, design and creating unique living experiences. Following our rapid growth, we are expanding our marketing team. Several luxury villa projects are currently under construction, and we will soon launch the WOW Longevity Hotel with 275 hotel suites, alongside additional exciting developments. Your mission You will play a key role in maximising the value of every lead that enters our funnel, building scalable automation systems in HubSpot and ensuring that marketing and sales work as one engine to generate, nurture and convert qualified opportunities. Requirements • Proven hands-on experience working with HubSpot (Marketing Pro and Sales), ideally in real estate environments., • Strong command of HubSpot's core functionalities: workflows, lead scoring, lists, properties, custom objects, automatizations, reporting and dashboards., • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management: capture, scoring, nurturing, qualification, handover to sales and reactivation., • Experience designing and implementing multi-channel automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, retargeting) with clear segmentation logic., • Strong analytical skills: ability to define KPIs, build HubSpot dashboards, run A/B tests and translate data into concrete optimisation actions., • Solid understanding of lead attribution, conversion funnels and integration between marketing channels and the CRM., • Experience using AI tools to enhance personalisation, content generation and automation efficiency at scale., • A highly proactive, structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambitious and innovation-driven environment., • Define and execute the end-to-end CRM strategy across the prospect and customer lifecycle within HubSpot., • Build, launch and continuously optimise automated nurturing campaigns and lead scoring models., • Manage the integration between HubSpot, paid media platforms, website forms and analytics tools., • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover, fast response times and clear feedback loops., • Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose data-driven improvements., • Ensure data quality, segmentation accuracy and CRM hygiene at all times., • GDPR compliance and best practices in data management. Nice to have • Professional English level., • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, Marketing Hub Implementation or similar)., • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience syncing and conversion tracking with HubSpot., • Experience in real estate, hospitality or luxury sectors., • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customisation in HubSpot., • Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) for system integrations., • Knowledge of WordPress and form/landing page builders., • AI prompt engineering and workflow automation skills.
