We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: • Observe platform and merchant performance and detect any issues proactively to mitigate risks in partnership with Engineering teams., • Be an expert in communicating with merchant’s real time during an incident and present the most accurate and updated information to keep them informed., • Working together with Operations, Product, Engineering, and reliability teams to integrate, grow, and continuously improve our monitoring strategy and increase our reliability., • Improve operations by leading/project managing initiatives and, or tools—development of automation for effective monitoring. ., • Investigate alerts and provide feedback to engineering teams to build effective logging and alerts across the platform architecture.., • Mitigate merchant impact risk by actioning on alerts in partnership with Engineering teams, and contribute to the monitoring playbook by documenting your learnings., • Focus on ruthlessly prioritizing, automating, and scaling every aspect of our detection capabilities. 💻 WHAT TOOLS WILL YOU USE? • Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog, or Splunk, • Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD, • Docker and Kubernetes, • Python, Ruby, or Go 🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Years' experience: minimum 3 years using the above tools., • Upper-Intermediate level of English 📅 WHERE AND WHEN? • Workplace: Madrid (Hybrid model), • Work Schedule: 16x5 shifts (7-15hs /15-23hs) + On Call 🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU? • Permanent contract 📋 - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day., • Pay and benefits 💸 - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan, Childcare Ticket, Transport Ticket and Health Insurance)., • Work from home 🏚️ - We offer you a financial support every month for your working from home expenses.
