Talent On Board Srl is looking for, on behalf of a leading European company specializing in structural reinforcement solutions and part of an international industrial group, a Technical Sales Representive join its growing team in Spain (location: Madrid area). This figure will play a key role in driving commercial success of the company. Responding to the Country Manager, you will act as a technical reference point for customers, designers, and internal sales teams, supporting the specification and correct application of our highly technical products. Specifically, this role combines technical consulting, on-site support, training activities, and commercial collaboration. Key responsibilities • Technical Consulting: Provide technical support (remote and on-site) to customers and internal teams for anchoring systems, timber connectors, and other structural strengthening solutions, using proprietary tools and software., • Sales Strategy Implementation: implement the sales strategy for the products line, organizing and coordinating related commercial activities., • Commercial Planning and Monitoring: participate in the design and execution of commercial action plans to achieve sales objectives. Monitor and report on the execution of commercial plans, ensuring alignment with defined targets., • Specification Development: Build and maintain relationships with engineers, engineering firms, and contractors to promote and integrate company specifications into projects., • Client Advisory and Product Promotion: advise clients on the product range, including specifications, pricing, delivery terms, warranties, usage guidelines, and available services. Promote the company’s products and services actively across relevant markets and stakeholders., • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Organize and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers, designers, professional associations, colleagues, and sales agents., • Product Development & Technical Marketing: Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to identify development opportunities, support technical documentation, and contribute to product improvement., • Opportunity Management: Identify new business opportunities and actively support the sales team throughout the sales process, contributing to deal closure., • Events & Trade Fairs: Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs, providing technical advice and support. Professional Experience/Qualifications • Background: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, • Previous experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical role and in a product department, • Hard skills: AutoCAD or other design software required, basics knowledge of reinforcement solutions is a plus.
