Principle Accountabilities: • Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner. Key Tasks: • Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools, • Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors, • Responsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes, • Support design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations, business analysis and decision-making processes., • Responsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principles, • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards, • Support development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvements, • Work with IT, operations, external vendors, EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and integrations, • Undertake other reasonable duties as requested Behavioural Characteristics: • Curious & analytical mindset, • Organised and proactive., • Positive and results focused., • Takes personal ownership of own performance., • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage at all levels and challenge when necessary., • Able to work safely at all times., • Team player.
