For this role, full professional fluencyb English is essential. /b /p pThis position requires an experienced professional with strong technical expertise in accounting and financial management, and the ability to coordinate teams and improve internal processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. /li liProvide analysis and explanations for variances in financial results. /li liFacilitate and complete month‑end closing procedures including analysis of gross profit and cost of goods sold, as well as operating expenses as compared to prior year and the annual budget. /li /ul h3Cash Flow /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain cash flow forecasting models to project future cash needs and ensure liquidity. /li liAnalyse variances between forecasted and actual cash flows, providing insights and recommendations. /li /ul h3Client Management /h3 ul liLiaise with clients, as main point of contact for finance and accounting issues. /li liHave a detailed understanding of the scope of work of the client so that they can verify that their department’s Service Level Standards are being maintained. /li liLead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities. /li liFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the accounting department. /li liConduct financial analysis, including cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. /li liProvide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. /li liImplement and enhance accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy. /li liIdentify and lead initiatives to streamline financial operations. /li /ul h3Internal Controls /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, including cash receipts of customer accounts, inventory manufacturing costing, operational expenses and overhead costs. /li liEnsure compliance with internal control policies and procedures. /li /ul h3Audit Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors. /li liAddress audit inquiries and implement recommendations for process improvements. /li /ul h3Compliance /h3 ul liStay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure the organization’s compliance. /li liCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to address accounting‑related regulatory requirements. /li liReview and ensure compliance with tax authority as deemed necessary. /li liOversee and maintain financial systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. /li liEvaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment on financial matters. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liDirect exposure to the business. /li li9 to 5 schedule with 60 minutes of paid break. /li li22 days of holiday. /li liOther social benefits as paid time off on December 24th and 31st, as well as on your birthday starting from the second year of your contract.
