Head of Professional Services EPM (FP&A Transformation) Must be based in Barcelona full time - open to relocation and English speakers. What is the role? The Senior Head of Professional Services (EPM Consulting) will play a critical leadership role in scaling and maturing our services organisation as we continue rapid growth in the EPM market. This leader will oversee three core functions: This is a strategic, operationally focused role that ensures customers go live successfully, realise value quickly, and receive exceptional ongoing support—all while building scalable processes, driving strong utilisation, and fostering a high‑performance services culture. What will I be doing? Implementation Excellence • Own the end‑to‑end delivery strategy for customer implementations across multiple regions., • Ensure complex, multi‑workstream projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with strong customer satisfaction., • Define, standardise, and continuously improve delivery methodology, project governance, and quality assurance., • Introduce scalable tooling, templates, and repeatable processes suitable for a rapidly growing business., • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to embed best practices and customer insights into the broader organisation. Customer Support Leadership • Lead and scale a high‑performing support organisation capable of supporting enterprise clients with demanding requirements., • Define SLAs, KPIs, escalation models, and operational performance standards., • Improve response and resolution times while ensuring a consistently positive customer experience., • Build structured cross‑functional feedback loops for product improvements, bug resolution, and feature enhancements. Partner Enablement • Design and evolve a comprehensive partner onboarding and certification framework., • Develop scalable training materials, documentation, and playbooks that enable partners to deliver independently at high quality., • Provide ongoing enablement, governance, and monitoring of partner‑led projects to ensure delivery consistency., • Build a robust ecosystem of trusted partners capable of supporting customer growth worldwide. Team Leadership & Operational Rigor • Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, consultants, and support specialists across multiple project streams., • Establish clear performance and utilisation metrics across delivery and support teams., • Build forecasting, resource planning, and capacity models that support predictable project execution and profitable services revenue., • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and disciplined execution. What We’re Looking For? • 10+ years of professional experience delivering or overseeing EPM/ CPM software projects, • 5+ years leading and scaling large professional services, consulting, or operations teams., • Strong consulting background (Big 4 or top tier consulting firm experience) with experience managing complex transformation programmes., • Deep experience with EPM/FP&A platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, Planful, Jedox, BOARD, etc.)., • Demonstrated success working with senior Finance stakeholders, particularly within the Office of the CFO., • Experience operating in high‑growth SaaS or scale‑up environments., • Strong operational mindset with an ability to design, refine, and scale processes., • Proven ability to drive utilisation, delivery efficiency, and services profitability without compromising quality., • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with C‑suite stakeholders., • Strong cross‑functional leadership and influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success., • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where structure must be created, not inherited. Must have FINANCE TECH experience with CPM/ EPM/ ERP tools in the office of Finance to apply. What will I be doing? • Coordinate with marketing teams on all go-to-market strategies, • Build a core network with senior finance and IT leaders across the DACH region, • Support the design and implementation of KPIs and metrics for sales success in the region, • Build partnerships with consultancies across DACH to develop a channel sales pipeline, • Consult clients to understand core challenges and promote the product's core and new features, • Lead the full sales lifecycle process, • Work with BDR teams to qualify leads, • Negotiate contracts and win new logos within the region What profile and background do I require? To apply for this Account Executive role, you will need a degree, ideally up to Master's level, and proven experience in account management and sales roles, ideally in a related field of CPM, Data Analytics, ERP, etc. You will also require the following: • Strong understanding of the office of finance and core finance processes, • 5+ years of professional experience, • Experience in the DACH market, the ability to leverage the existing network locally, • Fluency in English and German is required, • Must be based within commuting distance to Frankfurt How to apply?
