The Role As the Finance Manager & Business Controller for the Circular Economy division, you will report directly to General Management and coordinate with the rest of the Finance team. You will lead the financial structure of our recycling and waste management operations, ensuring the financial health of a business unit that is central to our mission. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee accounting operations and ensure the accurate accounting and tax consolidation of subsidiaries in Spain, France, and Morocco., • Planning & Operations: Lead financial planning and business management control (FP&A) to support our rapid growth., • Treasury: Integral management of cash flows and short/long-term treasury forecasting., • Operational Taxation: Supervise the correct application and accounting of taxes across the division’s activities., • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations across all subsidiaries. Requirements Mandatory qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field., • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience. We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines a background in Audit or Tax Advisory and at least 2 years of specific experience in financial planning, controlling, and short/long-term treasury management., • Proven experience in group consolidation involving multiple companies and countries., • Fluency in Spanish and English., • Solid knowledge of tax application and accounting. Preferred qualifications: • Proficiency in French., • Experience in industrial sectors, waste management, or textile manufacturing., • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics., • Familiarity with AI tools to optimize financial processes.
