Reporta a: Director/a de F&B o Jefe/a de Sala Funciones: • Preparación de las mesas, de su organización, de la correcta disposición de las sillas y la preparación de todo el servicio de mesa - Asegurarse de que la vajilla, la cristalería, la cubertería y la mantelería estén en estado óptimo y preparadas antes y después de cada servicio., • Recibir a los clientes y atender sus peticiones recogiendo el pedido y tramitándolo al servicio de barra o a la cocina., • Asesorar e informar a los clientes sobre la carta y resolver las posibles dudas que puedan tener sobre la oferta gastronómica. Es muy importante conocer bien la oferta., • Proporcionar el servicio, distribuyendo las bebidas y los alimentos encargados por los clientes., • Encargado del cobro al cliente y de entregar el cambio y el recibo correspondiente.
