We are looking for a Junior Doctor Team Lead to accompany and support our doctors in their daily needs across all our clinics. In this role, you will: • Be the first level support for the clinic medical staff for the designated country, as per the needs of the business. Create the team and the process for smooth support for the front-line doctors. Be the liaison between the clinics and the HQ., • Daily monitor quality reports and NPS, and ensure good performance. Create improvement action plans and implement them., • Ensure that clinic staff have the necessary tools, materials, and knowledge in every city where they work for the assigned market/s., • Approve treatment plan cases, review eligibility, and approve refinements., • Solve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meeting in the clinic, call, video conference or emails., • Make video calls with patients in order to explain treatments or answer questions from the patients., • Make video visits of the pre-visits to the clinic to speak with potential patients., • Be the travel specialist when needed to train or retrain doctors in the clinic., • Combine work in the office and in the clinic with other doctors when the clinic requires support., • Medically lead the treatment planning team for assigned cases. Make video trainings, review their work and motivate the team, and answer questions., • Make treatment plans when required by the responsible., • Engage in marketing, interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This will involve videos for social media, together with other team members., • Engage in video recordings with the team members to explain the Impress approach in social media and on the website., • Participate in engaging and assessing the candidates during the hiring process., • Approve treatment plans, assess eligibility and complexity, and authorise refinements for all cases across the entity's clinics, encompassing B2B and B2C contexts, including Impress, Dr. Smile, and new collaborations., • Coordinate with Virtual Set Up departments to facilitate adjustments, liaise with patients to ascertain their needs, and provide necessary assistance., • Oversee finishing cases for DRS and Impress, and other companies from the group., • Manage the Virtual Set Up pipeline, including phone contact with patients., • Review and audit non-eligible cases., • Self-motivation and a hunger for success. What you need to be successful: • Graduate in dentistry or orthodontics, registered with the Dental Association., • Solid clinical experience, ideally with aligners and digital technologies., • Experience in supervising or coordinating a medical team., • Proficiency in digital tools and patient tracking software., • Ability to supervise and validate treatment plans and manage complex cases., • Natural leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills., • Focus on patient excellence and continuous improvement., • Fluent Spanish, professional English., • Willingness to travel frequently to all of our clinics at an international level.
