Feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation! /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services /liliDrive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure‑by‑design principles /liliDrive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements /liliCollaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud‑native development /liliContribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSoftware engineer with profound hands‑on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar) /liliPractical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab) /liliStrong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices /liliHands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code /liliExperience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes) /liliExperience working in air‑gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries /liliCloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage /liliFluency in English /liliExperience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulli23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days! /liliNumerous health and life insurance benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances). /liliRetribución Flexible Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan...). /liliFree access to several training platforms. /liliProfessional stability and career plans. /liliUST also compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals. /liliOption to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year. /liliReal Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime...). /liliUST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discounts. /li /ulpIf you would like to know more, don't hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in detail.
