We're expanding into FFE and turnkey interior projects across residential, wellness and workplace, and we're looking for someone to lead their delivery end to end. /ph3The Role /h3pWe're seeking an experienced FFE Project Lead / Design Manager to oversee the delivery of residential, wellness and workplace projects, leading a multidisciplinary team through every phase. You'll own project planning, scheduling and execution — managing a team of Industrial Designers while ensuring seamless coordination between architects, interior designers, suppliers and other key stakeholders. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliLead FFE projects from briefing through design development, procurement, production and installation /liliOwn planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution, keeping projects on time and on budget /liliManage and mentor a team of Industrial Designers, allocating work and reviewing quality /liliAct as the central point of coordination between architects, interior designers, suppliers and clients /liliManage procurement and supplier relationships, from sourcing and quotations to delivery and snagging /liliTrack risks, dependencies and change orders, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed /li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulliProven experience leading FFE, contract or interior fit‑out projects end to end /liliBackground in design, architecture or industrial design, combined with strong project management /liliDemonstrated team leadership and stakeholder coordination skills /liliStrong command of budgets, schedules and procurement processes /liliA strong design sensibility alongside commercial and delivery discipline /liliExcellent communication; fluent English and Spanish /liliFamiliarity with FFE specification, scheduling and project tools /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliA leadership role shaping BD Barcelona's growing FFE and projects practice /liliA varied portfolio across residential, wellness and workplace /liliAdaptable engagement — permanent or freelance, depending on fit /li /ulh3How to apply /h3pSend your CV and portfolio to /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
