Role Overview: We are building a lightweight sales team powered by a heavy tech stack. Our goal is to replace manual sales work with automated, highly personalized outbound campaigns to fuel our UK, EU and global expansion. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, the Growth Operations Manager (RevOps / Outbound) will be the primary builder of our top of funnel outbound engine. You will work closely with our Market Analyst to turn their research into live, high converting outreach. This means building the pipes between our data sources, our CRM, and our sending tools, and using AI to make automated emails look and feel like 1:1 peer outreach. What You Will Do: • Build and maintain GTM workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, and internal data sources., • Translate our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into routing logic, triggers, and prioritization rules., • Write base sales messaging and design the AI prompts to hyper-personalize that outreach at scale., • Operationalize intent signals into actionable sales workflows., • Design, iterate, and scale outbound infrastructure and A/B experimentation frameworks., • Protect data quality, domain reputation, and deliverability with strict guardrails., • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to double down on what converts., • Document systems clearly and enable our Country Sales Managers to use them correctly. What Success Looks Like: • GTM workflows are reliable, scalable, and trusted., • Sales receive clear, prioritized signals instead of noise., • Automation meaningfully reduces manual work., • Outbound systems enable fast learning and real traction., • Data is clean, decision-ready, and confidently used. Skills & Experience Required: • Hands-on administrative experience with HubSpot and advanced outbound tools (Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)., • Hands-on experience managing domain reputation, inbox rotation, and technical email setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). You know how to keep emails out of the spam folder., • Copywriting and Prompting experience. You know how to write cold outreach that people actually want to read, and you know how to prompt AI to scale that personalization., • Analytical Chops. You don't guess…. you run structured A/B tests, monitor the campaign data, and ruthlessly iterate to improve conversion rates., • RevOps Fundamentals. You know how data architecture, lead routing, and CRM hygiene directly impact pipeline velocity., • Builder mindset and proactive problem solver who prefers to build a system that fixes a data error 10,000 times automatically rather than fixing it manually once.
