Imagina Energia (company part of Hanwha Group) Imagina Energia was born in 2020 as the first 100% solar company in the Spanish energy market with the aim of bringing solar energy to all homes and companies in Spain in a simple and innovative way, either with self-consumption solutions or with tailored energy from the grid. We are looking for an experienced Head of B2B Direct Sales with the desire and appetite to continue growing within the energy market as part of a company where he/she can have the vision of the company's strategy and be an active part of business development. The general scope of the Head of B2B Direct Sales is to lead the direct sales in all the B2B products commercialized by the company: retail, gas, added value services or any other services or products that can be developed in the future. It includes the elaboration and monitoring of sales plan and budget according to the requirements established by Commercial Director. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Commercial Director of the company among your areas of responsibility will be the following: As a summary, the main targets will be mainly to generate own sales and launch the new B2B direct sales team. The company's objective is to expand its current direct sales activity focused on direct prospection and commercial agreements, as part of a very ambitious and challenging business plan for the coming years. Together with his/her Commercial Director manager, will draw up the B2B team's sales plan, establish the associated KPIs and monitor them. He/she will collaborate in product development and the associated marketing strategy. Planning and implementation of commercial policy in B2B Direct Sales team to achieve the business plan goals of the company Design, create and develop all the department structure, for all the different products and customers typology in retail, gas, value added services, self-consumption or any other business lines implemented, including the remuneration system. Achieving different commercial KPIs: number of customers, supplied energy, profitability, CTS, CTA and any other target established every year. In collaboration with other departments, to ensure the company’s best-in-class service level and shortest response time through efficient communication between B2B customers and the company. In collaboration with the Marketing Department, to ensure the implementation of different marketing campaigns and PR campaigns to position our brand in the B2B market, according to the Business Plan Participate in sales and/or marketing events or meetings in Spain, representing the company, if it is required To help us achieving our goals, we are looking forward a professional with: Senior profile with at least 10 years of experience in sales manager positions in the Spanish energy sector, especially valuable in independent retail companies. Strong experience in customer needs (B2B), energy product design, competitor analysis and reports to the Management of the company. Deep knowledge about different pricing schemes in the energy sector in Spain: fix price, index price (pass through, pass pool, any other combination), PPA products, self-consumption or any combination of them. It also would be valuable experience in gas commercialization. Deep and successful experience in management of internal/external sales team in B2B customers, including remuneration scheme. Versatile, multifaceted, and flexible person, very executive and business results oriented Use to work on multinational or global companies reporting to top management Great communication and motivation skills are required University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering MBA or post-graduate studies in Commercial areas are valuable Fluent English is valuable
