Sales Director – Renewable Energy Products, Spain A publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange , operating globally in over 120 countries with manufacturing facilities across Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive and expand our business in the Spain and Iberian market . The Sales Director will lead commercial efforts, focusing on expanding partnerships with distributors and key clients across Spain and the broader Iberian region. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a strong understanding of renewable energy products, particularly solar and C&I solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow renewable energy product sales in Spain and Iberia. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to seize opportunities and address challenges. Prepare operational and financial sales reports for leadership. Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve targets and professional growth. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Minimum 5–7 years in sales leadership , preferably in renewable energy, solar, or related sectors. Proven track record in expanding business through distributors and C&I sales. Knowledge of the Spanish and Iberian renewable energy markets is highly desirable. Results-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver measurable sales impact in a competitive market.
