You will dig deep into creative performance data (Conversion Rate, Thumbstop Rate, Hold Rate, etc.) to uncover actionable insights and drive meaningful creative decisions, aligning creative output with business goals and ensuring execution is impactful, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libCreative Strategy Insight Leadership /b ul liConduct deep‑dive creative analysis using key performance metrics such as Conversion Rate, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, and Hold Rate to identify patterns and unlock new opportunities. /li liLead strategic direction of creative testing, iterations, and messaging across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). /li liStay on top of creative trends and platform shifts—bringing culturally relevant, performance‑led insights into the ideation process. /li liTranslate insights into high‑impact briefs for design, UGC, and editing teams—ensuring clear strategic rationale. /li liOversee and improve the feedback loop between performance data, creative execution, and future iterations. /li /ul /li libCreative Testing Optimization /b ul liDesign and oversee a structured creative testing roadmap—ensuring continuous learning, iteration, and evolution based on results. /li liTrack and document all creative tests—maintaining clear visibility into what has been tested, what is working, and what needs iteration. /li liBe accountable for creating a virtuous cycle between strategy, execution, and data‑driven learning, ensuring feedback informs future creative at every stage. /li liPartner with media buyers to align testing priorities with performance goals and spend distribution. /li liIdentify creative fatigue early and proactively recommend fresh angles or formats. /li /ul /li libCross‑Functional Client Leadership /b ul liAct as a strategic partner to clients—leading discussions around creative performance and ensuring our work drives tangible business growth. /li liConfidently lead client calls, creative reviews, and performance debriefs—communicating complex data in a clear, compelling way. /li liCollaborate with multiple internal stakeholders—including Paid Media Managers, Creative Leads, Designers, and Account Managers—to align creative output with broader campaign and client objectives. /li liBalance creative ambition with resource constraints—problem‑solving with a solutions‑first mindset when faced with production or bandwidth challenges. /li /ul /li libCreative Production Oversight /b ul liGuide and oversee creative execution from concept through to delivery—working across UGC creators, editors, and designers. /li liReview and QA creative assets to ensure they meet performance goals, adhere to brand standards, and are platform‑optimised. /li liAdapt creative strategy for different formats, placements, and audience segments—bringing a channel‑native mindset to execution. /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4+ years in creative strategy or performance‑driven content creation, ideally within paid media or digital marketing. /li liStrong grasp of performance metrics beyond the surface level—can translate data into strategic insights and creative direction. /li liProven ability to lead client conversations, push strategic thinking, and confidently manage multiple senior stakeholders. /li liComfortable managing cross‑functional teams and solving for creative bottlenecks or resource limitations. /li liDeep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and creative performance analytics. /li liSkilled at writing high‑impact creative briefs and guiding execution across design, UGC, and post‑production. /li liPlatform expertise across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging ad platforms. /li liExperience managing or working alongside UGC creators and freelance partners is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pOur benefits vary by country but we strive to provide similar benefits across all regions.
