The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,9 operational and 0,7 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. We are currently looking for an OM; Performance Engineer with experience in utility-scale renewable assets to support the technical and operational optimization of our international portfolio of photovoltaic and wind power plants. /ph3Responsabilidades /h3ulliMonitor and analyse the performance of utility-scale renewable assets, ensuring maximum availability, reliability and energy yield- Track and evaluate key operational KPIs such as Performance Ratio (PR), Availability, Specific Yield, Curtailment, MTTR and MTBF. /liliIdentify production deviations and underperformance through SCADA data analysis monitoring platforms and data analytics tools. /liliPerform root cause analysis of incidents, failures and energy losses, proposing corrective and preventive actions to improve plant performance. /liliPerform energy loss analysis, irradiance validation and data quality assessments to ensure accurate performance evaluation- Coordinate with local OM; teams, Asset Management and external contractors to improve plant performance and reliability. /liliSupport the implementation of operational optimization initiatives including inverter settings, tracker optimization, tracker optimisation,cleaning strategies and preventive maintenance improvements. /liliReview OM; contractor performance and compliance with SLAs, warranties and contractual obligations. /liliPrepare technical reports and monthly performance presentations for management and stakeholders. /liliSupport the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts and performance benchmarking across the portfolio. /liliSupport technical discussions related to performance guarantees, warranty claims and contractual KPIs. /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Construction and Development teams during plant commissioning, testing and handover phases. /liliContribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of OM; processes, tools and reporting systems. /liliSupport digitalisation and data analytics initiatives focused on operational efficiency and predictive performance management. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant profitability and operational efficiency. /liliOwn performance analysis and support data-driven operational decision making across the portfolio- Ensure compliance with HS; standards, operational procedures and quality standards across all assets. /li /ulh3Quién es /h3ulliEngineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or similar. /liliMaster in Renewable Energy. /liliAt least 4–5 years of relevant experience in renewable energy operations, performance engineering, technical asset management or OM. /liliExperience with data analytics, automation and digital performance tools is highly valued. /liliStrong knowledge of utility-scale photovoltaic plants; /liliExperience with BESS and wind assets is a plus. /liliExperience working with SCADA systems and renewable energy monitoring platforms. /liliStrong analytical skills and experience analysing operational KPIs and energy losses. /liliKnowledge of SQL, Python or Power BI for operational data analysis and reporting automation. /liliFull command of English. /liliAdvanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Python is highly valued. /li /ulh3Ofrecemos /h3ulliHybrid model with 2 flexible days a week working from home. /liliStable employment based on a permanent contract. /liliReal chances to grow inside a integral, multicultural environment. /liliFree snacks and well-equipped facilities. /liliFree Health insurance. /liliLanguage and technical training on demand. /liliFree Meal vouchers. /liliFlexible payment plan (transportation, childcare). /li /ulpWere an equal opportunity employer.
