Our client, a multinational company and global leader in the development and manufacturing of Home Care, Personal Care, Air Care and Pest Control products—recognized worldwide as a benchmark in the development and production of products for the main FMCG Home & Personal Care brands, thanks to its ability to offer both optimized global solutions and products tailored to local markets—is looking to hire an Innovation Project Manager for its team in Barcelona. Mission Lead end‑to‑end innovation and product development projects in an FMCG environment, ensuring flawless execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and on‑time delivery. We are looking for someone who makes things happen: someone who takes full ownership, drives decisions, removes roadblocks, and ensures teams are accountable for results. Key Responsibilities 1) Lead projects from idea to launch (concept → execution) Define scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, and success criteria from brief to launch. Build and maintain the master plan (timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions). Execute rigorous operational management: weekly follow‑up, change control, and early escalation. 2) Coordinate cross‑functional delivery Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders. Remove bottlenecks, resolve priority conflicts, and drive accountability. Ensure deliverable quality and deadline compliance; accelerate time‑to‑market. 3) Stakeholder management + executive alignment Ensure sponsorship and continuous alignment between internal and external stakeholders. Lead project governance: clear decisions, trade‑offs, accountability, and next steps. Deliver executive‑level communication: status, risks, impact, and recommendations. 4) Contribute to commercial growth Collaborate with Sales to support innovation in opportunities and client discussions. Translate client needs into actionable proposals with strong business logic. 5) High‑impact communication and presentations Prepare and deliver compelling proposals for clients and leadership: benefits, differentiation, costs/timelines, risks, and execution plans. Experience 5 to 8 years in Project Management / Product Delivery / NPD Program Management in FMCG or similarly fast‑paced environments. Proven track record leading international projects with multiple teams and stakeholders, delivering under pressure. Real experience managing demanding stakeholders (internal and/or clients) and complex decisions. Soft Skills Cross‑functional leadership: proven ability to mobilize teams and deliver results without direct authority. Excellent executive communication (written + verbal): clarity, synthesis, and influence. Strong action orientation / sense of urgency: proactivity, early escalation, decision‑making, and results focus. Strong prioritization, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. Hands‑on mindset: not only coordinating, but closing issues and ensuring delivery. Education Degree in Business or Engineering. Languages & Mobility Professional English (mandatory).
