PcComponentes will be the primary focus of this position. The successful candidate will also be responsible for expanding TP-Link’s presence across relevant online retailers, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our overall e-commerce channel performance. Based in Madrid, you will take ownership of sales growth, profitability, product assortment, pricing, promotional planning, forecasting and operational execution. You will work closely with our customers and internal sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities PcComponentes Account Management • Own the overall commercial relationship with PcComponentes and act as the main point of contact for the account., • Develop and execute the annual joint business plan in line with TP-Link’s targets and PcComponentes’ commercial priorities., • Deliver agreed sales, revenue, profitability and market-share objectives., • Lead commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, pricing, promotional investments, rebates and marketing activities., • Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, marketing teams and other key stakeholders within PcComponentes., • Define the optimal product assortment, pricing structure and launch strategy for the account., • Plan and execute key campaigns, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, back-to-school and new product launches., • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, pricing, traffic, conversion and promotional performance., • Conduct regular business reviews and present clear performance insights, recommendations and action plans. Online Retail Development • Manage and develop relationships with additional online retail accounts in Spain., • Identify and acquire new online retail partners aligned with TP-Link’s channel strategy., • Create account-specific growth plans covering product assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and inventory., • Expand product listings and improve TP-Link’s online distribution and market coverage., • Monitor online pricing, product availability, content quality, customer ratings and competitor activity., • Ensure consistent brand positioning and pricing execution across online retail partners., • Identify opportunities involving retail media, digital campaigns, product bundles and exclusive promotions., • Evaluate account performance and allocate commercial investments according to growth potential and profitability., • Balance the strategic requirements of PcComponentes with the development of other online retail customers.
