Backed by Pollen Street Capital, we’re in an exciting growth phase - scaling across Europe and expanding our technology and service offering. The Partnerships Team The team is our priority. Our Spain team continues to grow across our territories in the Costa Blanca North, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca South, Murcia, Almeria and Mallorca. With ranging experience in FX, our team of 22 on the road, assisted by 5 colleagues looking after our offices in Javea, Ciudad Quesada, Villamartin, Los Alcazares and La Cala de Mijas continue to take company from strength to strength in this hugely exciting time to join Lumon. About the Role As our Partnerships Manager for Costa Blanca North, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, building and nurturing deep, long-term partnerships with real estate agents, lawyers, and other key stakeholders in the property market. We are looking for candidates with proven, hands-on experience collaborating alongside real estate professionals through property viewings, deal negotiations, and closings, developing trusted, long-standing business relationships. You will work closely with local agents and clients, supporting them throughout the property transaction process, ensuring Lumon becomes a valued and indispensable partner in their business. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with real estate agents and legal professionals in the Costa Blanca North region., • Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities, • Act as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner, not just a sales contact., • Develop a network of advocates who rely on Lumon as part of their daily property transactions., • You have direct experience working closely with real estate agents and involved in property sales., • Experience in business development or partnership roles with a focus on relationship management., • Successful track record of identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships, • You have been actively involved in properties, deal facilitation, and closing processes - not just selling platforms or apps., • You excel at building long-term, trusted business relationships through genuine collaboration and shared success., • You thrive in a role that requires you to be “on the ground,” working alongside clients face-to-face., • Experience working with international buyers and cross-border property transactions is a plus.
